Mind-Body Medicine

An evidence-aware approach to understanding how stress, behaviour, emotions, and physical wellbeing interact in everyday life.

The mind-body connection

Mind-body medicine considers the two-way relationships among thoughts, emotions, behaviour, stress responses, physical sensations, and health routines.

The aim is to build awareness and identify practical ways to support coping and self-care. It is not presented as a cure or a substitute for medical or psychological treatment when those are needed.

Personal practices, chosen together

Support is tailored to the person’s context and may focus on recognising stress patterns, developing restorative routines, and practising skills that can be used between visits.

  • Notice patterns that affect day-to-day wellbeing
  • Explore coping and self-care practices
  • Review what feels useful and sustainable
